  The lady who deals with my mother is very nice but the overall organisation and running of the place is pretty poor. Most recently i called to book an appointment for my mother to get a replacement set. They had to be ordered in so the appointment was made for the same day and time the following week. Arrived at the allotted time to be told she thought the appointment was the following week. I tried calling three times on the day off the appointment to check it was on, once at 11.00 again at 1.00pm and again at 2.00 no reply and no call back. I left 2 messages. Thankfully she was able to see us but we had to come back 75 minutes later. That was time wasted, extra parking charges and just a massive pain in the neck. All i can say is check, and double check.

  Appointment only, only allowed in after temperature check, sanitize hands & wear the mask provided, only audiologist & client allowed in, may be exceptions, but strict to lower risks, thorough examination & hearing aid, maintenance & upgrades as required, very happy with service & civic protocols
